Conditions of Sale

1. Rauriki Charolais Bull Sale will be conducted under the Terms and Conditions of the NZ Stock
and Station Agents Assn.
2. The 2021 Rauriki Charolais Bull sale will be conducted as an On Farm Ring Sale. Although
every care has been taken in ensuring the accuracy of the catalogue , no responsibility is
accepted by the Vendor, PGG Wrightson, and Carrfields Ltd.
3. All intending Purchases must registered prior to the Sale commencing. Nait numbers will
need to be supplied.
4. All Bulls become the Purchasers Property at “the fall of the hammer”. Purchasers are advised
to insure the Bulls at the time of purchase. Please be aware that FMG are the preferred insurer
and are present to insure any bulls purchased.
5. Purchasing Rebate. A Purchasing Rebate of 6% will be paid to non-participating livestock
companies, and recognised Independent Livestock agents. Arrangements must be made prior
to the sale.
6. Delivery. All Bulls sold must be transported within 14 days of the sale at the Purchases
responsibility.
7. The Vendor reserves the right to change the catalogue order.
8. Fertility. All sale bulls been have Semen tested by Vet Services Dannevirke.
9. BVD. All sale bulls have been Blood Tested negative, and have been vaccinated twice.

Health and Safety
Every effort will be taken by the Vendor and participating Livestock agencies on the Sale Day,
Open day, and visits of Inspection to ensure the safety of buyers and visitors. We wish however
to advise that while this sale is run under normal management conditions, certain dangers
exist in relation to livestock and their environment. All visitors should take all care to ensure
their personally safety.
Please follow the guidelines that the Ministry of Health has advised at this time regarding
Covid-19 and practice social distancing.
