Conditions of Sale
1. This sale is a “Hybrid online and on farm auction sale.” In addition to the normal on-farm
auction format the sale will be hosted by bidr® (www.bidr.co.nz) as a HYBRID auction,
with online bidding and a live–stream available on sale day. Note the on-farm auctioneer
remains in control of the sale and the fall of the hammer.
All intending ONLINE purchasers must register on bidr® in advance of the sale date, by
visiting the website and using the “sign up” button, adding their contact information and
nominating the agency they would like to purchase through and account held with that
agency. Alternatively, purchasers can organise an agent from one of the agencies listed
on bidr® to buy on their behalf.
All intending ON-FARM purchasers must register with the booking clerk prior to
commencement of the sale.
2. On behalf of the vendor, PGG Wrightson Ltd (PGW) will pay a purchasing rebate of 6%
of the purchase price excluding GST, plus GST, to livestock agents with a PGW Monthly
Account that are also Accredited Agencies on bidr® where the buyer has registered on
bidr® under that Accredited Agency.
3. All Lots sold exclusive of G.S.T
4. PAYMENT: Fourteen days after the sale.
