Terms & Conditions
Conditions for auctions conducted live on farm or sale yard.
All intending purchasers must register with NZ Farmers Livestock prior to the Sale. If intending
to use MyLiveStock it will be necessary to register for an account with MyLivestock prior to the
auction. Registration is required 24 hours prior to the sale.

The New Zealand Stock & Station Agents Association Conditions of Sale apply. These terms
can be inspected at the registration desk and online.

Payment arrangements must be made with the NZ Farmers Livestock prior to the sale and
settlement made on the buyers behalf within 14 days.

Purchasing Rebate
All intending purchasers must register at the sales office prior to the Sale.
NZ Farmers Livestock will pay a purchasing rebate of 6% of the purchase price excluding GST,
plus GST to livestock companies and recognised independent livestock agents with a NZ
Farmers
Livestock Account who introduced buyers to NZ Farmers Livestock before the sale and/or
accompanied buyers to the sale.

Offering
Selling 8 heifers only. They will be offered in pens of two with the top bidder picking 1 and the
other being retained any the vendor.
Insurance
All heifers become the buyers responsibility from the fall of the hammer.
Delivery
Delivery is the buyers responsibility.
Free grazing is offered until 31 May 2021 on heifers insured by the buyer.
